Founder and director of the firm is Laverne A. S. Caceres, M.A.
With 26 years experience, her approach and techniques have been featured in The Los Angeles Times, the Daily News and SKY magazine. More than 50% of Laverne’s work is in the A/E/C/CM industry and she has coached more than 500 shortlist interview teams. Laverne is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and often presents commentary on KNX News Radio.

All of TPV’s instructors hold a master’s degree in communication with field study in marketing, media and persuasion. Each has a minimum of 14 years experience and has worked with clients in a variety of industries.
